Quality Analyzer tool developed by Sheltronics control system Pvt Ltd plays vital role in control of fibre quality at pre-processing stages. Implementation of this analyzer have been made in machines like carding and breaker drawframes to have controlled quality in delivered sliver and also reduces the load to the finisher drawframe which improvises the life span of such machines. Quality analyzer helps in monitoring quality parameters like A%, CV%, U%, Thick places with stop control. Also, Machine analyzer function(spectrogram) is included. Dual SSQA is developed for machine with dual delivery systems.
